Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and jar volume/capacity points:

💡 Note: 300g jars carry a slightly higher weight capacity point (1.5 pts) than 200g/260g/270g jars (1.0 pt) to ensure correct courier pouch sizing and safe handling during transit.

Our gourmet jars can last up to 1 year if unopened. Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
📦 How do you ensure glass jars don't break during delivery?
Every jar is wrapped with double-layer bubble wrap and encased in a protective air column pouch with a Fragile label before dispatch.
🔄 What is your policy for damaged or missing items?
Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. If you receive a damaged jar, contact us immediately via the Contact Us page for a refund or replacement.
